Precautions for the repair of the rotary kiln roller base

    (l) Check the deviation of the vertical and horizontal feet of the foundation and the deviation of the relative elevation. If the deviation is too large, it should be handled properly.
    (2) Remove the blocky debris on the base surface and remove the water in the screw hole. In particular, the debris in the screw hole should be thoroughly cleaned.
    (3) In order to ensure that the horn joint surface is good, the standard inclined surface is wiped out with cement mortar at the basal surface. Other surfaces should be shoveled to ensure that the secondary grout layer is firmly bonded to the original foundation.
    (4) After placing the base, support it with a horn. After the basic positioning, fix the anchor bolts, fill the screw hole concrete, and leave the test block. When the concrete curing strength reaches 80% or more, the second correction is performed. The “T” head bolt hole is not grouted, so be careful to prevent concrete or debris from entering.
    (5) The second alignment is to completely position the base, which is the key to installing the base. Use the standard inclined iron, level and level to combine positioning, to "adjust - tighten the anchor bolt - then adjust - then tighten", repeated several times until the quality standard is reached.
    (6) Using the horns on both sides of the anchor bolts, after the base is completely positioned, if the bolt spacing is large, the auxiliary horn support plug can be added in the middle. The slanted inclined iron that is driven into each set of support horns has a bevel contact area of more than 70%. Finally, all the slanting irons are spot-welded firmly, and secondary grouting is performed after the steel mesh is properly disposed at the lower part of the base.
    (7) When partially replacing a certain base, the original relative position and elevation must be marked before removal; the construction technician must also mark it at the same time. The two sides verify each other and do nothing.
    (8) Material specifications for flat and inclined horns: Flat horn can be made of gray cast iron or low carbon steel, and the thickness is 20, 30, 50m. A few, the upper and lower are processed; the inclined ribs r甩 low carbon steel sheet, machined at a 1:20 to 1:40 slope; upper and lower sides. The thickness of the thin end is not less than 3 mm; the length of the flat and inclined ribs should be 160 mm × 90 mm, 200 mm X110 mm, 280 mm x 150 mm.
