Method of controlling the temperature of the rotary kiln:

 

1. Rotary kiln For swirling air, we can transport it from the inner tube of pulverized coal conveying and air transportation to the outer tube. A small part of the swirl is formed on the inner side of the pulverized coal pipe, and a steep peak temperature is formed, and a swirling flow is formed on the outer side of the pulverized coal pipe, the strength is relatively uniform, and the volatile matter of the fuel in the rotary kiln is volatilized. And the corresponding peak temperatures are also very uniform.

 

2. Increase the speed of the large axial flow of the rotary kiln, and add a hood at the front end of the nozzle of the shaft. When the wind speed is high, the flame will be elongated. The establishment of the hood can reduce the degree of lateral diffusion of the flame in the rotary kiln, and the corresponding flame will be relatively uniform.

 

3. The swirl angle in the rotary kiln and the spray speed and the jet velocity of the axial flow are adjusted accordingly, and the shape of the flame will be changed accordingly.

 

4. In the process of designing the rotary kiln burner, there are two kinds of jets, and both can make the rotary kiln produce airflow recirculation, and there is internal recirculation in the center of the flame, and there will be a large reflow outside the flame. The two recirculation modes are a parallel jet of circular jets in which the central air is applied, and a parallel jet of axial air or circular jets in the outer layer using the annular jet. And these two kinds of reflux methods will have a certain effect on the uniform volatilization of the volatiles in the pulverized coal powder, and can also slow down the steep peak temperature and stabilize the flame.
