The feed rate should be determined during the trial production phase, and gradually increased by groping to determine the appropriate feed rate, which should not be too fast.

 

2. The white kiln dust removal fan frequency conversion adjustment dust removal fan adopts frequency conversion adjustment, which is flexible and convenient. The inverter operation panel of the white ash kiln is installed on the control cabinet panel for easy operation.

 

3. External temperature control outside the drum The temperature of the external heating furnace adopts automatic temperature control, which can be divided. The temperature control loop of each zone is composed of thermocouple, PID intelligent instrument, thyristor power regulator and low voltage electrical. The system can realize the automatic control of the temperature outside the drum. The furnace temperature can be arbitrarily set below the rated temperature, and the temperature control accuracy is less than ±2 °C. By effectively controlling the external temperature of the drum, it is possible to fully meet the control requirements of the material temperature in the drum.

 

4. Exhaust gas outlet temperature detection A bimetal thermometer is installed at the upper exhaust gas outlet of the feed end cover to detect the exhaust gas outlet temperature and display on site.

 

5. Roller speed adjustment The adjustment of the drum speed is realized by the variable frequency speed regulation of the drive motor. The inverter operation panel is led out and installed on the control cabinet panel.

 

6. The instrument, power regulator, measurement and control system inverter, low-voltage electrical, etc. of the above control cabinet are installed in one control cabinet, and the wiring in the cabinet meets the requirements of relevant national standards. The control cabinet is arranged next to the white ash kiln, and it should not be too far away. The wire and cable walks between the equipment and the control cabinet, and the thermocouple compensation wires are made of metal shielded wires.
