1, the ambient temperature is high, the rotary kiln is simplified and the temperature is often above 2000C, radiating a large amount of heat to the surroundings;

 

2. The sealing points of the rotary kiln, the kiln ash conveying equipment and the kiln tail chimney are scattered to the surrounding dust; the kiln is installed obliquely, so that the low-end bearings are prone to oil leakage. These features place higher demands on the lubrication system.

 

3, low speed and heavy load, why do you need lubrication? For example, the rotation of the supporting wheel is generally 5 to 15 抟, and the pressure of the rotary kiln bearing is tens of tons to several hundred tons;

 

Because the above 3 points will occur when the rotary kiln is working, lubrication is needed to relieve it. However, not all lubricants are suitable for lubrication.
