Inspection of foundation settlement of rotary kiln pier

 

    1. During the period from installation of the equipment to commissioning, the foundation of the kiln pier may have a vertical settlement of up to 15 mm. Therefore, the amount of foundation sinking needs to be measured before the test run, and the position of the supporting device is carried out according to the measurement results. Adjusted to restore the centerline of the kiln cylinder to the design position;

 

    2. Within 6 months of the initial operation of the rotary kiln, the foundation of the kiln pier may have a maximum settlement of 5 mm, so the settlement of the foundation of the kiln pier should be measured frequently during this period;

 

    3. After 6 months of operation in the rotary kiln, the foundation of the kiln pier may also have a settlement of 1 mm per year, so the foundation settlement is also measured if necessary.
