Cement clinker plant Description: Cement production line is the production line construction project composed by a series of corollary equipments which are used for product cement.It is mainly composed by crushing equipment,homogenize equipment,raw material preparation equipment,drying equipment,preheat and predecomposition equipment,the clinker sintering equipment,cooling equipment,grinding equipment,packaging equipment,conveying equipment,environmental production dust collection equipment etc.We Winnermac supply process design,civil construction,complete equipment,installation and trial run,technical services,the general contracting.

Cement clinker plant Parameters : During the process of cement production,it needs grinding three tons materials for product one tone portland cement (including all kinds of raw materials,fuels,clinkers,compound material,gypsum).According to the statistics,the cement dry process production line grinding operation needs to consume 60% power of the the whole plant, among it the raw material grinding occupy above 30%,the coal grinding occupy about 3%,the cement grinding occupy about 40%.Therefore, we should reasonable select grinding equipment and technological process,optimize technological parameters,proper operation,control work system. And this will have great significance on ensuring production quality and reduce energy consumption. Method: For different raw material preparation method,the production line can be divided into dry process and wet process.


The cement production line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vertical mill, preheating system, cement rotary kiln, cement ball mill, packing machine and so on.

Material needed for making cement: Limestone crushing: limestone is the main raw material for cement making, but since natural limestone is usually big, we use cement limestone crusher to crush them into small particles.

Bauxite crushing: bauxite is the addictive. For making cement raw materials, bauxite is crushed by cement equipment into powder. Then bauxite particles and limestone particles together are ground into raw powder by raw mill.

Coal crushing: coal powder is used to be processed into cement clinker. Raw coal is crushed by cement plant then ground by cement coal mill.

Gypsum crushing:gypsum powder made by gypsum crusher and gypsum mill is put into cement clinker together with coal powder, and then the cement raw material enters into the cement mill for fine grinding.

1. Crushing and Preblending
In the cement production line, most of the material need to be broken, such as limestone,clay,iron ore and coal,etc Limestone is the largest amount of raw material in cement production, after mining the size of limestone is large, with high hardness, so the limestone crushing plays a more important role in cement plant. 2.Raw material preparation
In the cement production line, producing each 1 ton of Portland Cement need grinding at least 3 tons of materials (including raw materials, fuel, clinker, mixed materials,gypsum).Grinding operation consumes power about 60% of total power in cement plants, raw material grinding takes more than 30%, while coal mill used in cement plant consumes 3%, cement grinding about 40%.
